That is how somebody I spoke to described today's weather....
It's pretty much the same as saying that the sun is a bit warm! It is freezing outside! The actual temperature is somewhere just above freezing and the joys of the wind chill factor bring that down to about -10°C. A bit chilly my arse (which incidentally is as cold as the rest of me). We've had snow, rain, hail, sleet and gale-force winds. Bloody marvellous! It's not even November yet for Chrissake!
